This package is a firm favourite for dry hire venues, festival and marquee weddings. Our full day wedding management, setup and coordination service gives you full peace of mind. With 9 hours of our time we will provide a full day of seamless coordination from setup through to speeches and evening guest arrival. Giving you the time to relax and enjoy every minute of your special day knowing we have everything covered. In addition we will do all of the planning leg work for you in the run up to your wedding, relieving you of added stress. Just leave it all to us. You are in safe hands. OUR FULL DAY SERVICE INCLUDES: An initial no obligation telephone consultation Review of your supplier timeline and recommendations on timing changes if needed Order of the day review A meeting at your chosen venue 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding to discuss setup We will contact all suppliers 4 weeks before your wedding to give our contact information Oversee and coordinate all suppliers on the day Point of contact on the day for the venue, suppliers, bride, groom and guests Setup and styling of your own purchased items for your ceremony Guest assistance from arrival until seated for wedding breakfast Discreet seamless coordination from ceremony to wedding breakfast Dressing of wedding breakfast tables as per your table plan and requirements Dressing of cake table, cards & guest book table, bar area and any other areas you may require This service includes unlimited email and telephone conversations Up to 12 hours of setup and coordination at your venue Prices From - £850* *Price may vary depending on our travel time and distance to venue FURTHER SERVICES: 10% off hired items when booked alongside packages Kreation hour ad-on £50 Extended coordination or set up hours Extra person for setup, styling and coordination (This can be extremely helpful for larger weddings) Customise stationery
